Who we are and acceptance
AppifyWebsite is operated by AppifyWebsite, a sole proprietorship (individual business) based in Bengaluru, India. 'AppifyWebsite' is both our legal business name and our trading name. When you use the service, your contract is with AppifyWebsite.

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The service
AppifyWebsite turns websites into Android apps and produces installable APK and Google Play AAB files. You supply the website and branding; we handle the packaging, signing and delivery.
You are responsible for the website you convert. Your app must comply with Google Play policies; we provide Play-readiness checks, but final approval is Google's decision.
Accounts
You need an account to build apps. Keep your credentials safe — activity under your account is your responsibility.
The free Starter plan includes 1 app project and debug APK downloads for testing. Paid plans (Publisher, Agency) unlock release builds, AAB output and the other features listed on the pricing page.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), which apply in addition to these terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Plan limits (number of app projects, output formats) are enforced per account. If you downgrade, existing apps are kept but new paid features stop working.
Refunds
If a paid build cannot be produced due to a fault on our side, we will refund the affected month in full — contact us through the contact page.
Because the digital product is delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds are handled case by case within 14 days of the charge; write to us and we will be fair.
Chargebacks are handled by Paddle; please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
Acceptable use
You may not use AppifyWebsite to build apps that: infringe others' intellectual property, distribute malware, facilitate phishing, contain illegal content, or wrap websites you do not own or have permission to repackage.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.
Your content
Your websites, icons, screenshots and listing content remain yours. You grant us only the limited right to store and process them to build and deliver your apps.
Signing keystores belong to you. We store them privately and use them solely to sign your builds.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided 'as is' without warranties. Builds depend on external infrastructure (build runners, Google Play); we are not liable for Play Store rejections, third-party outages, or indirect damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
